The whole is greater than the sum of its parts. This well-known adage applies to communities that embrace the diverse gifts and talents of all their citizens, including those with disabilities. With proper nurturing and care, an inclusive community flourishes and becomes more vibrant, making it a more desirable place for all to live, work and play. They become model communities.

This video explores their journeys and explains how recognizing the gifts and talents of all citizens can make every community more inclusive and welcoming.
