UCP's The Case for Inclusion annually ranks all 50 states and the District of Columbia (DC) on outcomes for Americans with intellectual and developmental disabilities (ID/DD).

Federal Government Rules that Wisconsin Must Reimburse People Affected by Recent Family Care Cap

The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has approved the continuation of family care, and announces that consumers affected by the Family Care caps have the right to reimbursement.

U.S. Supreme Court Upholds Patient Assistance and Affordable Care Act

 

As many of you have probably heard, the United States Supreme Court upheld the Patient Assistance and Affordable Care Act as constitutional. This means that all of the current provisions will remain in effect. These include:
