Federal Government Rules that Wisconsin Must Reimburse People Affected by Recent Family Care Cap

The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has approved the continuation of family care, and announces that consumers affected by the Family Care caps have the right to reimbursement.  The letter from CMS does not include instructions as to how consumers can file an appeal, who is eligible, or what health care costs are covered.  For questions you can contact Disability Rights Wisconsin at 800-928-8778, or check out their website …See More
